TRAINING

TCB Enterprises offers a wide variety of leadership skills workshops that have been customized and delivered to multiple clients.  The hallmark of TCB's teaching/training approach is to not only present the most up-to-date material and thinking in the topic area but also to experientially get participants involved with the material and challenge them to leave the workshop with a specific plan for immediately changing their own style/behaviors to be more effective.

COACHING

TCB's consulting and coaching practice emphasizes results and usually focuses in one of the following major areas:

• Leadership assessment and development
• Organizational culture assessment and change
• Executive EDGE: senior management peer consulting groups

BUILDING

This part of TCB's work utilizes TBC's knowledge and skills developed in both the other areas and manifests them in a wilderness adventure format creating unique programs and trips that not only wow the participants through their physical, emotional and spiritual engagement with a wilderness environment but also facilitate solid experientially reinforced leadership skills:

• Creating College and University adventure programs
• Organizing group wilderness treks in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India
• Risk assessment of existing College and University wilderness programs
