    1. Owners / senior managers of regional organizations.
      1. No direct competitors
      2. Fees:  $3000 annually all-inclusive, billed semi-annually/quarterly.
  1. Benefits and Services
    1. Quarterly ½ day meetings (agenda and notes from previous meeting emailed ahead)
      1. Typical Agenda:
        1. Any updates on critical issues discussed at the last meeting.
        2. Members presentation and discussion of the current critical issues they are facing:
          1. Group and facilitator input
        3. Presentation by invited expert
          1. Questions & discussion
        4. Lunch: networking & discussion
    1. Quarterly 2-3 hour one-on-one coaching/consulting meeting between each member and facilitator at member’s office.
      1. Facilitator emails follow-up notes, thoughts and next steps within 3 days of each meeting.
