- Membership (10-15/group):
- Owners / senior managers of regional organizations.
- No direct competitors
- Fees: $3000 annually all-inclusive, billed semi-annually/quarterly.
- Benefits and Services
- Quarterly ½ day meetings (agenda and notes from previous meeting emailed ahead)
- Typical Agenda:
- Any updates on critical issues discussed at the last meeting.
- Members presentation and discussion of the current critical issues they are facing:
- Group and facilitator input
- Presentation by invited expert
- Questions & discussion
- Lunch: networking & discussion
- Quarterly 2-3 hour one-on-one coaching/consulting meeting between each member and facilitator at member’s office.
- Facilitator emails follow-up notes, thoughts and next steps within 3 days of each meeting.
